The Hoover Inst. is, generally speaking, a retirement home for second rate minds who gain prominence not from their ideas, but from their political associations with similarly narrow minds.
A first rate good ol’ boys club where members spend more time congratulating each other than in any sort of original thought. What else would you expect?
